1) FABRIC BUYER
For our office located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam we are looking for a Fabric Buyer.
Róhe, an Amsterdam-based design studio with a world-wide scope, is inviting applications for a Fabric Buyer. Since establishing in 2021, we’ve been on an upward journey. Róhe is known for its collections which are defined by signature handwriting, selections of high-quality Italian fabrics and attention to detail. ROLE
With the material being a key aspect in Róhe’s product, we are looking for an experienced buyer in the luxury market with the knowledge and passion for textiles and raw materials.
As part of our buying and production team, you will have the responsibility of the fabric buy from sampling stage up and until production stage. You will be the main contact for the fabric mills to oversee and follow up all orders, manage all fabric deliveries to the vendors, follow up on appointments and fabric selections and have a commercial approach to negotiate leadtimes, minimums and prices.
You will be working closely together with the design and development team, to make sure their requests on fabric are followed up and their choices are in line with the company’s range-plan and production schedule.
Together with the buying team, you will work on forecasting production pre-buys, make sure delivery deadlines are met and manage the left-over situation.

2) FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

ROLE
Due to growth of the company and an increase in the collections per year we are looking for a Financial Controller to support the finance team. As our Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and overseeing our financial operations. This position requires are strategic thinker who can control the sales and purchasing processes effectively, leveraging advanced systems like ItsPerfect and ExactOnline. You’ll be closely collaborating with various departments – from sales to logistics – ensuring our financial health and facilitating informed decision making. You report to the Head of Finance and manage the AP and AR accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and strategize the administrative processes from a financial perspective;
- Monitor cashflow, suspense accounts and commission-overviews;
- Compile and analyze monthly management reports;
- Coordinate and provide support for financial administrative tasks;

Promote and efficient working environment within the department through streamlined processes.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to maintain a comprehensive overview of financial and organizational operations,
- A minimum HBO level degree of education with at least 5 years relevant experience in finance within a dynamic, creative industry,
- A team player who is result-driven, entrepreneurial, resilient, customer-focused and solution-oriented,
- Strong financial acumen and effective communication skills,
- Proficiency in ExactOnline,
- A proactive approach to work, ready to go beyond te conventional 9 to 5 as needed.

3) ALLROUND CREATIVE MARKETING INTERN

Modern, timeless, and classic, resulting in silhouettes with a sharp edge, characteristic of the brand.
ROLE
We are a fast growing company and are looking for an Allround Creative Marketing Intern. You will be directly working with the Head of Marketing & Branding and Creative Marketeer in the city centre of Amsterdam.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing Team;
- Help with organizing photoshoots and provide on-set support;
- Manage organizational and production tasks related to shoots, including styling coordination and collection organization for PR purposes;
- Contribute to the execution of weekly email marketing campaigns;
- Assist with gifting & PR collaborations
- Assist with social media duties, encompassing content uploads and caption creation for the Instagram content calendar.
- Support marketing efforts on various platforms, including Pinterest.
- Facilitate the delivery of marketing content to the E-Commerce team for advertising purposes.
- Execute a range of practical tasks that are essential for the succesfull implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Participate in the coordination and execution of offline marketing activities, including events and press dinners.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- 3rd or 4th year fashion student; AMFI Fashion & Branding or Management;
- Organized, flexible & committed;
- Creative, self-motivated and hands-on mentality;
- You are precise and have an eye for details;
- Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch and English;
- Good knowledge of Photoshop / InDesign;
- Enjoy working in a small team;
- In possession of own laptop;
- Available from Aug/Sept 2024 , fulltime 5 days a week for 5-6 months.
