1) Development / Product Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive Development / Product Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have hands-on experience in both product development and production follow-up, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers, this role could be a great fit.
You will be in charge of your own capsule collection streams, overseeing the process from initial sketch to final production. In addition, you will support the development and production team on the main collections.
Main Responsibilities
- Create accurate and detailed tech packs;
- Coordinate sample development and approvals (proto, SMS, pre-production, shipment) in line with the critical path;
- Manage supplier communication to ensure clarity on samples, materials, and sampling / production timelines;
- Participate in fittings to secure design intent, fit, and grading for sample launch and bulk approval;
- Collaborate with the fabric buyer to anticipate and manage fabric leftovers, proactively advising the design team on utilisation;
- Maintain and organise the physical sample archive throughout each season;
- Oversee development and production timelines to ensure samples, materials, and bulk production stay on schedule;
- Monitor quality standards throughout development and production, flagging issues proactively;
- Liaise with design, development, and logistics teams to ensure smooth alignment across the lifecycle;
- Maintain accurate ERP data to keep product details and documentation up to date.
Requirements
- You have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at higher fashion brands;
- You understand garment construction, sourcing, and manufacturing processes;
- You’re a strong communicator – clear, professional, and effective with both internal teams and external vendors;
- You thrive in a deadline-driven environment and can manage shifting priorities while keeping structure;
- You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple production lines at once;
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP systems;
- You are available to work full time in the office;
- You like to work in a small growing company and have affinity with our brand.

2) Outbound Logistics Coordinator

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented and service-minded Outbound Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team. Your main responsibility is to ensure that all outbound shipments are processed smoothly, on time, and in line with customer-specific requirements. You will be the key link between our two warehouses (NL and US), sales support, finance, carriers and the logistics departments of our customers worldwide ensuring shipments are properly documented, invoiced, and delivered without delay. This role includes responsibility for creating and sending sales invoices, including deposit invoices for prepayments. Efficiency and accuracy are essential with a strong focus on correct use of our ERP system to process orders and maintain data accuracy.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate all outbound shipments to our worldwide client base (both major department stores as well as boutiques);
- Serve as a main point of contact for customer logistics departments and align with internal sales support on specific shipping requirements;
- Prepare shipping documents (invoices, packing slips, transport labels, customs papers);
- Generate and send commercial invoices to customers upon shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Create and send deposit invoices (prepayment) invoices for customers who require full or partial advance payment;
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry and order processing in the ERP system;
- Handle customs documentation and compliance across various countries, and support refund claims for overpaid duties and/or import taxes;
- Monitor stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling discrepancies and reporting obsolete stock timely.
Requirements
- HBO degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination or shipping administration;
- Strong administrative skills with proven experience in shipment processing, documentation and invoicing;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment;
- Strong communication skills (both internal and external communication) and service-oriented mindset;
- Experience in a high-end retail/fashion environment is a requirement;
- Skilled in ERP systems (experience with ItsPerfect is a plus) and Excel;
- Fluent in English and Dutch;
- Organised, enthusiastic, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
