Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered you can return within 14 days of the delivery date. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the fourteen day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your order and that this form must be completed and included in the package. (Without this return form we will not be able to process.)

Items to return must be in perfect condition meaning not used, worn, washed, modified or damaged with tags still attached. If items with sealed packaging are returned and not in a re-sellable condition with seal still attached, the return will not be accepted. We do not pay for additional customer tax. In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items. 

 

ORDERS PLACED IN EUROPE

With EU orders a pre-paid DHL return label is included in the box, you are obligated to use this label to send back your return. We will deduct this amount from the refund later on. The costs for the label are the same as the shipping costs paid.

OTHER EU COUNTRIES
Return Label: 15 €

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE EU + UK

Please follow the instructions below on how to send back your return.
The return costs are for the customer.

Returning items from outside the European Union are the customers responsibility until they reach us.

Please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your order and that this form must be completed and included in the package.
Without this return form we will not be able to process.

Items to return must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached.
We do not pay for additional customer tax.

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:

1. Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping box,
or use an alternative solid packaging method.

2. Close securely

3. Take the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.
Please note, the return label and description must clearly state that it concerns returned goods. If it's not clearly stated, the authorities will charge customs which must be paid by the customer.

4. When the return has arrived back at our warehouse & is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. In case of sale items, we are able to refund the sale price of the items. 

Please use DHL or UPS as a courier for your return, we do not advise to send your return with USPS or Royal Mail because of higher custom costs. When returning with USPS or Royal Mail, we are unable to offer our service when a parcel is lost.

Please ensure with your carrier that your package will arrive exactly at our warehouse's address. In the case, the package is delivered at a pickup point or a different address than our warehouse we might charge you the extra costs of the pickup service.

The extra costs due to customs must be paid by the customer.
