Job description
We are looking for a Buyer Womenswear (End-to-End) to join our team. In this role, you translate buying plans into accurate and timely purchasing actions, ensuring smooth coordination across suppliers, production, and internal teams. You manage purchase orders end-to-end, including ownership of the inbound flow, ensuring timely pick-up, shipment, and delivery to our warehouses (NL & USA). You closely track in-season sales and stock performance and take action on reorders or adjustments to support commercial targets, while maintaining accurate and reliable data. Acting as a central link between Production, Sales, E-commerce, and Finance, you ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial planning. Reporting to the Production Director, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution of the buying process, contributing to on-time delivery, optimal stock levels, and overall collection performance.

Main responsibilities

  • Execute purchasing decisions and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantities, pricing, and delivery terms
  • Monitor in-season performance and implement reorders, cancellations, and quantity adjustments in line with commercial direction
  • Track order confirmations, production progress, and shipment timelines to safeguard on-time delivery
  • Proactively align with Sales and E-commerce teams to identify and act on reorder opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP systems, including product, supplier, pricing, and collection information
  • Coordinate closely with Production and Logistics teams on delivery planning, inbound of bulk, feasibility, and changes in quantities or timelines
  • Maintain knowledge of import duties and tariffs, complying with international trade regulations
  • Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers regarding order status, reorders, and operational topics
  • Support buying analysis and reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making and post-season evaluations
  • Monitor stock levels and open commitments to mitigate risks of overstock or stockouts
  • Manage bulk production invoices and align with Finance on payment planning and execution
  • Ensure all buying documentation, contracts, and records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained

Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in a buying, purchasing, or merchandising role, within luxury
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset, with experience in managing purchase orders, stock levels, and in-season trading
  • Proven ability to work with data to support buying decisions, including performance tracking and (re)order management
  • Solid understanding of production processes, supplier coordination, and delivery timelines within a fashion environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and solution-driven, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement

Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale Back-Office Account Manager to join our Amsterdam team.

This role sits at the heart of our wholesale operations and is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in keeping processes running seamlessly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in supporting the wholesale team and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

While the role is primarily back-office focused, you will also contribute to the broader commercial strategy by supporting reporting and analysis, making this a dynamic position with real impact on the business.

Main responsibilities

  • Own and manage all wholesale administrative processes across departments
  • Follow up on outstanding payments in close collaboration with the finance team
  • Coordinate with logistics and production teams to track deliveries and obtain shipping details
  • Proactively inform clients about delays, cancellations, or changes in collections
  • Support the team with order management, confirmations, and data accuracy
  • Coordinate and book appointments for Paris sales campaigns
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow

Data & Reporting (strong plus)

  • Support in building and maintaining monthly sell-through reports
  • Collect and structure data from wholesale partners
  • Assist in translating data into clear insights and analysis together with the sales team
  • Contribute to improving reporting structures and data accuracy across the business

About you

  • +2–4 years of experience in a wholesale, operations, or administrative role (fashion experience is a plus)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential)
  • Comfortable working with data; experience in reporting or analytics is a strong plus, especially with ERP systems
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam – this is a must

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our Amsterdam team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the revenue side of the business across both wholesale and e-commerce channels. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial administration and timely incoming payments through active follow-up on outstanding receivables, while working closely with finance, sales, and logistics teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and takes ownership of financial processes and controls.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration of revenue streams across wholesale and e-commerce
  • Process and reconcile incoming payments
  • Actively follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain debtor relationships
  • Work closely with logistics and sales teams during delivery periods to ensure smooth operations
  • Responsible for credit control, ageing analysis, and monitoring customer payment behaviour
  • Support and execute monthly closing activities

About you
