Job description
We're looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive Production Coordinator to join our
team in the heart of Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong
understanding of garment production, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
and global suppliers, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be at the heart of our production
process—ensuring timelines are met, quality is upheld, and communication flows smoothly
between all stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
- Manage production calendars and material timelines to ensure deadlines are met and prevent delays across categories.
- Manage supplier communication to ensure clarity on samples, materials, and production timelines.
- Monitor and update production tracking documents, ensuring accuracy in quantities, delivery dates, and pricing.
- Coordinate development and approval of samples; SMS, pre-production, and shipment samples in line with the critical path.
- Participate in production fittings to ensure design intent, fit, and grading are aligned for bulk approval.
- Ensure quality standards are met, proactively flagging potential issues early in the process.
- Liaise with internal teams including design, development, and logistics to ensure alignment throughout the production lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate data entry in our ERP system, ensuring all product details are kept up to date and production is fully documented.
- Proactively identify production risks and implement solutions to mitigate delays, quality issues, or cost impacts.
- Support continuous improvement of production processes, systems, and supplier performance.
We're looking for someone who
- You have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at premium or luxury fashion brand.
- You understand garment construction, sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
- You’re a strong communicator—clear, professional, and effective with both internal teams and external vendors.
- You thrive in a deadline-driven environment and can manage shifting priorities while keeping structure.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple production lines at once.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP systems.
- Fulltime available in the office.
- You like to work in a small growing company and have affinity with our brand.

We're looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive Product Developer to join our
team in the heart of Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have hands-on
experience in both product development and production follow-up, and enjoy collaborating
with cross-functional teams and global suppliers, this role could be a great fit.
In this role, you will be in charge of the development of the main collections, managing the
process from sketch through the final SMS stage.
Main responsibilities
- Create accurate and detailed tech packs based on design briefs.
- Coordinate sample development in line with the critical path.
- Manage supplier communication to ensure clarity on samples, materials, and sampling timelines.
- Participate in fittings with Creative Director to secure design intent and fit.
- Work closely with the Fabric Buyer to ensure fabrics are available throughout the development process.
- Update and maintain collection files, ensuring all information reflects the latest collection developments.
- Maintain and organize the physical sample archive throughout each season.
- Manage collection send-outs for the sales market.

3. Financial Accountant

Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our
Amsterdam team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the revenue side of
the business across both wholesale and e-commerce channels. You will play a key role in
ensuring accurate financial administration and timely incoming payments through active
follow-up on outstanding receivables, while working closely with finance, sales, and logistics
teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has
a strong analytical mindset, and takes ownership of financial processes and controls.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of revenue streams across wholesale and e-commerce
- Process and reconcile incoming payments
- Actively follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain debtor relationships
- Work closely with logistics and sales teams during delivery periods to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for credit control, ageing analysis, and monitoring customer payment behaviour
- Support and execute monthly closing activities
- Ensure accurate financial records and maintain data integrity across systems
- Assist in improving financial processes and reporting structures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial efficiency
About you
- A minimum bachelor level with at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in ERP systems (ExactOnline is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam – this is a must
