Job description
We're looking for a detail-driven, organized, and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team in the heart of Amsterdam. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of garment production, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers, this role could be a great fit. You’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring timelines are met, quality is upheld, and communication flows smoothly between all stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
- Manage production calendars and material timelines to ensure deadlines are met and prevent delays across categories.
- Manage supplier communication to ensure clarity on samples, materials, and production timelines.
- Monitor and update production tracking documents, ensuring accuracy in quantities, delivery dates, and pricing.
- Coordinate development and approval of samples; SMS, pre-production, and shipment samples in line with the critical path.
- Participate in production fittings to ensure design intent, fit, and grading are aligned for bulk approval.
- Ensure quality standards are met, proactively flagging potential issues early in the process.
- Liaise with internal teams including design, development, and logistics to ensure alignment throughout the production lifecycle.

Maintain accurate data entry in our ERP system, ensuring all product details are kept up to date and production is fully documented.
We're looking for someone who:
- You have 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at higher fashion brand.
- You understand garment construction, sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
- You’re a strong communicator—clear, professional, and effective with both internal teams and external vendors.
- You thrive in a deadline-driven environment and can manage shifting priorities while keeping structure.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple production lines at once.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP systems.
- Fulltime available in the office.
- You like to work in a small growing company and have affinity with our brand.

2) OFFICE ASSISTANT

Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in the heart of Amsterdam. As our company continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who can bring daily structure, keep an overview of people and processes, and make sure everything runs smoothly — while keeping our workplace inspiring and connected.
In this role, you’ll be a central point of contact within the team and play a key role in maintaining the soul of our studio. From coordinating office operations, to organizing internal events and supporting creative processes — you’ll be involved in it all. We’re looking for someone with a hands-on mentality, a strong sense of responsibility, and a can-do attitude. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in making things run effortlessly.
Responsibilities:
1. Office & Operations
- Oversee all daily studio and office operations
- Manage office infrastructure including supplies, equipment, security, and building maintenance
- Act as the main contact for the foundation, managing our heritage building and handle all related obligations
- Coordinate IT needs (hardware, software licenses) and act as point of contact for external service providers
- Maintain contracts, subscriptions, insurances, and service agreements
- Ensure a safe and compliant workplace (health & safety, emergency procedures)
- Keep the studio space clean, organized, and inspiring — think flowers, scented candles, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
2. People & Culture
- Act as a social connector in the team — ensuring visibility, interaction, and energy
- Welcome and onboard new employees, help them settle in and support practical HR processes (e.g. leave tracking)
- Provide PA support to the founders
- Coordinate team travels and bookings
3. Logistics & Support
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments to/from manufacturers, agents and other partners
- Delivering personal parcels within Amsterdam
- Help organize Paris & New York Fashion Week (4x a year)
- Coordinate logistics for shoots and creative productions
- Organize and manage the annual sample sale — including proto collecting.
4. Events & Experience
- Plan and organize team events: quarterly drinks, team outings and the annual Christmas dinner
- Help foster a positive and fun team culture by taking initiative on internal moments, celebrations and shared experiences
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Very hands-on mentality
- Has excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Is a natural people person — friendly, approachable and a true team player
- Is detail-oriented and knows how to keep many moving parts running smoothly
- Speaks and writes fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
- Is available 28-32 hours per week
