Hand-carved Chinese scholar-style wooden tea caddle or decorative containers executed in organic seed-pod form with arched bamboo branch handles. Carved from a single block of lightweight hardwood with relief surface detailing. The aesthetic references traditional literati objects intended for display in scholar studios rather than daily utilitarian tea service.
