Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered you can return them within 14 days of the delivery date. Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the 14 day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Garments are shipped in Róhe's signature fabric bag, all products must be returned in the same packaging including the fabric bag with tag still attached. If you return your order without the fabric bag, we are unable to process a refund.

 
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER: EUROPEAN UNION AND UK

  1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping box, with all tags attached.
  2. Make sure the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process the return.
  3. Close securely.
  4. Go to returnsportal.shop/rohe-frames to access our return app. Sign in with your customer order ID (starting with #R) and your email address.
  5. Follow the steps and instructions in the return app.
  6. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note, this cost is equal to your original shipping costs. 

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER: REST OF WORLD, SWITZERLAND AND NORWAY

  1. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original shipping box, with all tags attached.
  2. Make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process the return.
  3. Close securely.
  4. Go to returnsportal.shop/rohe-frames to access the return app. Sign in with your customer order ID (starting with #R) and your email address.
  5. Follow the steps and instructions in the return app.
  6. A return handling fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund. Please note, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. 
  7. Duties and taxes are calculated for each order and are clearly displayed in the checkout shipping costs. These charges are remitted to the relevant authorities on your behalf and are non-refundable if you return your order. In such cases, you will be solely responsible for filing a drawback claim with the appropriate governmental authority.

HOW TO WITHDRAW FROM YOUR CONTRACT

  1. If your order has not been processed and shipped, you can withdraw from your contract or request an order cancellation using the form here.
  2. You will receive an email confirming your withdrawal request 
  3. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return steps above or email our customer care team.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please note that Róhe Frames has a 14 days return policy: after 14 days it is not possible to return your order. Unregistered returns can not be accepted.

  • Made to order pieces are non-returnable. 
  • Please make sure that the packing slip is included in the package. Without the packing slip, we will not be able to process your return.
  • Please take care when trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused, and undamaged condition, with the tag and seal still attached.
  • If items with sealed packaging are returned and not in a re-sellable condition with the tag and seal still attached, the return will not be accepted.
  • To track your return, save the tracking number on your return shipping label.
  • Once your order arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • Sales outside the EU with the code FINAL10 are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
