Financial Accountant
Job description
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our
Amsterdam team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering the revenue side of the business across both wholesale and e-commerce channels.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial administration and timely incoming payments through active follow-up on outstanding receivables,
while working closely with finance, sales, and logistics teams.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and takes ownership of financial processes and controls.
Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of revenue streams across wholesale and e-commerce
- Process and reconcile incoming payments
- Actively follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain debtor relationships
- Work closely with logistics and sales teams during delivery periods to ensure smooth operations
- Responsible for credit control, ageing analysis, and monitoring customer payment behaviour
- Support and execute monthly closing activities
- Ensure accurate financial records and maintain data integrity across systems
- Assist in improving financial processes and reporting structures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational and financial efficiency
Profile
- A minimum bachelor level with at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in ERP systems (ExactOnline is a plus)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam – this is a must

Practical details
This is a fulltime position based at Róhe’s studio in Amsterdam, starting from July 2026.
